ASB Attend a Special Dedication Ceremony in Nakorn Ratchasima

The American School of Bangkok takes this opportunity to inform you that the funds raised from last year’s Bangna Family Fair were forwarded to the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) Thailand’s Adopt-a-School Program, to help needy schools in Thailand in the construction of playgrounds, libraries, water tanks and water filtration systems, and other needed facilities for which government funds are limited.

The funds were specifically used to support Huaisaivittayakom School (in Nakorn Ratchasima) and used in their campus renovations and refurbishment projects, and purchase of educational books and resources.

On Friday, August 26th, 2016 ASB administrators and students attended a special dedication ceremony Huaisaivittayakom School, to meet with the students of the school and take a look at the completion of the project.  It was a wonderful experience for everyone. The American School of Bangkok hopes that the newly renovated facilities and literary resources at Huaisaivittayakom School will help their children acquire a better educational life.

We also thank ASB community members once again, for supporting the Bangna Family Fair and reaching out to the community.
