The new Middle School VEX IQ Robotics team held their first friendly scrimmage with KIS International School. The robotics team is composed of boys and girls from 6th-8th grade. The teams are tasked to design and build unique robots that complete various tasks during 1 minute rounds on a 6ft x 8ft playing field. The friendly was a great learning experience for both teams. The teams were able to share strategies and build ideas while setting the foundation for a friendly team alliance. Sharing and cooperation between schools in the VEX IQ competition is highly valued. We are happy to have new friends from the KIS robotics team!
