The ASB Sukhumvit Campus is pleased to announce that we have successfully registered for the Asia International Schools Athletics Association (AISAA). AISAA provides friendly league competition among member schools in a wide variety of sports and offers international tournaments for basketball, football, and volleyball. AISAA international tournaments are open to schools who share our same philosophy of respect, good sportsmanship and fair play. In the light of the COVID-19, there will be limited contact sports in the first semester of the academic year 2020-21. However, the school will use this time to prepare students to be involved in games and tournaments, which start in late October 2020.
The ASB Sukhumvit Campus is also pleased to announce that we have partnered with Paris Saint-Germain to offer professional athletics and soccer training to all of our students during the regular PE hours, and also more intensive training for those who are interested in competitions. Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is a French professional football club based in Paris, France. They claimed their second league crown, three French Cups, two League Cups, two French Super Cups, and, most notably, the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup. Their academy’s goal is to develop our school soccer team to a national level. Coaches by Paris Saint-Germain will work with our PE teachers during the regular classes to train our students to improve their footwork, skills and agility. Additional training programs will be offered after-school and on weekends.
