Special literacy assemblies were held on Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 at ASB Sukhumvit Campus. Elementary participated in many fun activities and games related to literacy. The high school assembly was organized with the assistance of the student council who performed a wonderful skit about related to the school norm, ‘Be open and ready to learn’. The assembly highlighted writing as a means of communication and a skill in relation to literary genres. Each homeroom was assigned a specific genre of writing and students worked collaboratively to create a writing piece that revolved around a main theme of ASB Norm 3: “Be open and ready to learn.” The two winning pieces were written by homeroom 10B and 12A in the styles of informative writing and poetry.
