In Thailand, Her Majesty the Queen is regarded as mother to all Thai people, so her birthday on August 12th is also celebrated as the Mother's Day. On Thursday, August 11th 2016, both campuses celebrated the Mother’s Day in a special way. The event started with a beautiful message honoring Her Majesty the Queen of Thailand, followed by an explanation of the significance of the day. Students gave speeches and recited poems about their mothers. Some ASB mothers spoke about their love for their children. After that ASB students sang a wonderful song expressing gratitude and love for their mother. The event ended with students presenting beautiful flowers to their moms. Happy Mother’s Day to all!
