Science Inquiry Conferences 2017

On March 22nd, 2017, more than two hundred ASB students from grades 6-12 participated in the Science Inquiry Conferences, which focused on achieving goals through collaboration. Mixed-age groups rotated through three science and math-based activities: a quiz show, a project to construct model cars powered by rubber bands or by air, and a geometric art project using fractal triangles. During the day's final assembly, students raced their model cars and worked cooperatively to assemble more than 600 individual pieces into a massive fractal triangle.
